Chocolate cupcake stuffed with cookie dough

  • 1 bag of chocolate cake mix
  • 1⁄4 cup of milk or water
  • 2/3 butter or vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bag of vanilla buttercream mix
  • 1⁄4 cup of milk
  • 1⁄2 cup of softened unsalted butter
  • 1 jar of chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 bag of chocolate chip Nim-Nums
  • Mini chocolate chip cookie crumbles

Step 1

Make cake mix according to package directions.

Step 2

Spoon the batter into cupcake mould with paper cupcake liners and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool.

Step 3

Meanwhile, make the icing according to the instructions on the bag.

Step 4

Using a small melon baller,  scoop out a part of the center of each cupcake and keep it on the side.

Step 5

Fill each cupcake with cookie dough (about a tablespoon) and their top.

Step 6

Using a pastry bag, frost the cupcakes and sprinkle with crumbled cookies then garnish the top with Nim-Nums.
