Make cake mix according to package directions.
Spoon the batter into cupcake mould with paper cupcake liners and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool.
Meanwhile, make the icing according to the instructions on the bag.
Using a small melon baller, scoop out a part of the center of each cupcake and keep it on the side.
Fill each cupcake with cookie dough (about a tablespoon) and their top.
Using a pastry bag, frost the cupcakes and sprinkle with crumbled cookies then garnish the top with nims-num.
