Decadent oreo cookie dough pie

  • 1 container cookies and cream Cookie Bluff
  • 1 Nim-Nums bags
  • Crust
  • 1 t ½ oreo breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • Topping :
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla tea
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cookie dough
  • Some double vegan chocolate Nim-Nums for filling
  • For homemade chocolate creaming
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 t cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

-Preheat oven to 350f

Step 1

-Mix crust ingredients and pour into bottom of baking pan 9-inch pie

Step 2

-Cook about 8 minutes and let cool

Step 3

-In a food processor, mix the cheese well and add the eggs, sugar, vanilla and the cookie dough

Step 4

-Put the mixture in a bowl and gently stir in the cream whipped

Step 5

-Pour mixture over crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours

For homemade chocolate creaming

-Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until creamy consistency

*Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate frosting and Nim-Nums

For Vegan option pie

-Replace regular cream cheese package with vegan
-Replace regular whipped cream with whipped milk cream from
-Replace cookie dough with vegan Nim-Nums
-Omit eggs and add 1 tbsp cornstarch
-Omit chocolate icing and replace with chocolate chips
-Follow the same directions as the original version
