Donuts filled with cookie dough

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of cookie dough signature chocolate

Step 1

Whisk the egg, melted butter and sugar.  Add the yogurt and vanilla and mix, set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.  Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and add the milk, mix well.

Step 3

Place the dough in round molds (cake pop) or mini muffin molds.

Step 4

Bake at 375F for 15 mins.  Let it cool.

Step 5

Make a hole in each ball (with the handle of a spoon or small knife) and stuff it with about 1 1/2 tbsp of cookie dough in each ball. Enjoy.
