Mini strawberry shortcakes

Ingredients
  • 1 Pauline vanilla cake mix
  • 1/4 cup of milk or water
  • 2/3 cup of butter or vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1 ts of vanilla extract
  • Commercial whipped cream

Step 1

Make the cake mix according to the package instructions.

Step 2

Pour the mix in 6 mini bundt moulds (10.8 x 4.8 cm) slightly buttered.

Step 3

Bake for 20-25 min. Let it cool and unmould.

Step 4

Put the strawberries, the maple syrup and the vanilla in a bowl. Mix.

Step 5

Divide the strawberry mix in every hole in the cakes. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
