Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 10 pc round baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl using an electric mixer, mix the butter and vanilla until light.

Add the sugar and brown sugar and mix well. Add the egg and whisk.

Sift the flour with the bicarbonate of soda, crème de tarte and salt and add to the mixture with a spatula until smooth.
Step 5
Spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 6
Cut the pizza into 6-8 slices. Add the toppings. Enjoy.
