Salted caramel ice cream pie

Ingredients
  • 1 Salted caramel Nim-Nums bags
  • 2 cups almond
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 12 dates pitted
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon water

    30 minutes

Step1

Put all the ingredients in the food processor until the dough is granular and sticky

Place the dough in removable pie moulds, pressing well in the bottom and refrigerate

Step 2

Put the ice cream in a bowl and mix until creamy then add the caramel coulis and Nim-Nums and mix again
Garnish tartlets immediately and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before garnishing
Keep frozen and take out for 5 to 8 minutes before serving

Step 3

Add all toping you want and enjoy 🙂
