Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2 - Brownies
Put the melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa in a bowl and mix.
Add the eggs one at a time and whisk.
Add the baking powder and vanilla and mix. Set aside.
Step 5 - Cheesecake mix
In a bowl, beat the cheese using an electric mixer and add the sugar, vanilla and eggs and continue to beat until creamy, add the pieces of cookie dough.
Spread brownie mixture in baking dish and pour in cheesecake mixture.
Spread the jam over the mixture and spread with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Leave it cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut into small squares and garnish with fresh raspberries,
